Neighborhoods Association Guide

For this project, I worked under the management of Allie Chandler, the current Neighborhoods Division Manager for the city of Clearwater. She created the Neighborhood's Guide on how to develop neighborhood associations. My role was then to translate all 20 pages into Spanish.
